El Pleno del Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) constituyó en su última sesión extraordinaria el Comité de Transferencia para la transmisión de funciones a la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
La creación del Comité de Transferencia está prevista en el decreto que expide las nuevas leyes en materia de transparencia, acceso a la información y protección de datos personales publicado el 20 de marzo en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.
El Comité será integrado por el Comisionado Presidente del INAI, Adrián Alcalá Méndez, y las Comisionadas Norma Julieta del Río Venegas, Josefina Román Vergara y Blanca Lilia Ibarra Cadena, además de once personas funcionarias públicas de este Instituto, con el objetivo de lograr correctamente la transmisión de las funciones que hasta este día tuvo el INAI. También se le otorgan facultades administrativas referentes al personal que laboró en este Instituto.
El Comité trabajará por un periodo de 30 días naturales, en el que sus integrantes participarán con las diversas autoridades competentes para la transmisión de asuntos, atribuciones y acciones previstas en las nuevas leyes.
