Acuerdan moratoria de tres meses para permisos de bares y restaurantes en Valle de Guadalupe

El otorgamiento de una moratoria de tres meses para licencias a bares, restaurantes, entre demás que se encuentran en este rubro, es parte de los acuerdos que se concretaron entre autoridades municipales, estatales y productores de vino del Valle de Guadalupe, así lo dio a conocer el Secretario General de Gobierno (SGG), Amador Rodríguez Lozano, quien participó en dicha reunión en representación del Gobernador Jaime Bonilla Valdez.

El otorgamiento de una moratoria de tres meses para licencias a bares, restaurantes, entre demás que se encuentran en este rubro, es parte de los acuerdos que se concretaron entre autoridades municipales, estatales y productores de vino del Valle de Guadalupe, así lo dio a conocer el Secretario General de Gobierno (SGG), Amador Rodríguez Lozano, quien participó en dicha reunión en representación del Gobernador Jaime Bonilla Valdez.

“Desde las primeras reuniones hace un mes, que fue encabezada por el Gobernador, hemos estado atentos con los productores del Valle de Guadalupe en el sentido de darle orden a esta zona; promover acciones de desarrollo sustentabley, en frenar la anarquía inmobiliaria; ya que según nos dicen tanto fraccionamientos como bares sin regulación alguna aparecen en esta zona de la noche a la mañana”, dijo Rodríguez Lozano.

El Secretario General de Gobierno dijo que además del acuerdo con el Ayuntamiento de Ensenada, el Gobierno del Estado promoverá la creación de una procuraduría de vigilancia y reordenamiento territorial, para permitir a las dependencias estatales tener las facultades legales para sancionar a quienes autoricen fraccionamientos irregulares en la Ruta de Vino y, que los castigos sean más severos para los funcionarios públicos involucrados en esas irregularidades.

Afirmó que en ningún lugar se autoriza un desarrollo sin que estén garantizados los servicios básicos, y se debe impedir que siga ocurriendo esto, porque se está sacrificando la calidad de vida y el desarrollo económico en el Valle de Guadalupe.
