Una menor de 13 años de edad que huyó de sus casa porque presuntamente fue abusada sexulamente por un amigo de su madre, fue localizada y entregada al DIF- Tlalnepantla por elementos de la Comisaría General de Proximidad y Seguridad Ciudadana de Tlalnepantla.
Tras ser alertada la Célula de Búsqueda de Género Municipal por una solicitud de ayuda difundida en redes sociales, los uniformados contactan a Alma “N” de 40 años de edad y Engracia “N” de 74, madre y abuela de la niña, quienes tienen su domicilio en la colonia San Lucas Patoni.
Al ser cuestionadas, señalaron que la menor salió de la vivienda el pasado lunes 4 de julio para ver a su novio, a quien identifican como Jesús Daniel “N”, pero ya no regresó, y que era la segunda ocasión que sucedía.
Al arribar al domicilio donde habita Jesús Daniel “N”, también en la colonia San Lucas Patoni, uno de los dueños del lugar confirma a los policías municipales que las dos personas que buscaban rentan un cuarto en el lugar.
Al ser entrevistada, la menor de edad afirma que huyo de la casa de su abuela porque su madre la obligaba a que se dejara tocar por los hombres que metía a su domicilio, y que un sujeto de nombre Víctor había abusado sexualmente de ella.
Ante la denuncia, los oficiales la resguardan y canalizan a la Procuraduría de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes del DIF Municipal de Tlalnepantla, donde recibe apoyo legal y psicológico.
La Procuraduría del Menor inició la carpeta de investigación NIC: IXT/TGO/03/MPI/020/011051/25/08 y NUC: TGO/IXT/TGO/089/214723/25/08 por el Delito de Abuso Sexual.
