La presidenta del PAN CDMX, Luisa Gutiérrez Ureña, exigió respeto del gobierno central a la labor de la alcaldesa Alessandra Rojo de la Vega, quien ha cumplido con su papel de solicitar visitas de verificación a diversos inmuebles en proceso de demolición en Cuauhtémoc, mismos que se le han negado.
“Basta de falsos gobernantes que no saben su responsabilidad y ante su negligencia criminal, ineptitud y corrupción, injurian”.
La panista expresó su respaldo a la alcaldesa Ale Rojo de la Vega, quien -con documentos que acreditan sus dichos- ha señalado al gobierno local de obstaculizar su trabajo en materia de orden urbano.
“Con forme a lo dicho por la alcaldesa, existe un rezago significativo en materia de verificaciones en Cuauhtémoc; tan solo entre octubre de 2025 a marzo del 2026, hay 456 solicitudes de inspección que no da cause el Gobierno”.
Luisa Gutiérrez pidió a la Secretaría de Gestión Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil, de Vivienda e INVEA, no perder de vista y asumir su responsabilidad institucional en las 17 inmuebles a demoler en la demarcación.
“Siguiendo los protocolos de protección civil, la reglamentación y garantizar coordinación con la alcaldía Cuauhtémoc”.
La dirigente del PAN capitalino exigió a la jefa de Gobierno, girar instrucciones para revertir la falta de supervisión en demoliciones no solo en la Cuauhtémoc, sino en toda la CDMX.
“Fueron seis obras en Cuauhtémoc donde no permitieron verificaciones de la alcaldía; esto ocurre cuando se centralizan los permisos bajo “acuerdos de facilidades”, tras el colapso de un inmueble en San Antonio Abad”.
