El Colegio de Notarios del Estado de México lanzó la convocatoria para el Curso de Tutoría Notarial, en el que prepara a abogadas y abogados interesados en esta materia a través del análisis de casos prácticos.
El curso es impartido por notarias y notarios en funciones, quienes durante tres meses los guiarán en el análisis de casos prácticos que les permitirán fortalecer su práctica notarial con criterios técnicos y seguridad jurídica.
“Es un curso especializado, dirigido a licenciadas y licenciados en derecho que ya han tenido alguna práctica en notaría o que están interesadas en adentrarse al Derecho Notarial. “Está enfocado en la resolución de casos prácticos, muy selectos, de difícil abordaje o de controversia, para que puedan tomar las mejores decisiones y brinden un mejor servicio a las familias mexiquenses”, explicó el presidente del Colegio, Not. Humberto Benítez.
El curso será impartido de manera presencial en el instituto de Estudios Notariales, ubicado en Toluca, y de manera virtual, con clases en vivo, y quienes lo tomen recibirán una constancia de participación con validez oficial. Las inscripciones están abiertas hasta el viernes 29 de mayo.
