Policías municipales lograron el aseguramiento de un presunto acosador sexual en la Unidad Habitacional El Tenayo, tras realizar tocamientos indebidos a una mujer cuando se dirigía hacia su domicilio en dicho lugar.
La captura del probable responsable Julio César «N», se llevó a cabo luego de la denuncia que realizó la víctima, vía WhatsApp, en la central radio C4, donde mencionó que minutos antes había sufrido el ataque de ese sujeto, quien le rompió su mallón durante el forcejeo.
Por lo anterior, los elementos policiacos de la patrulla T-11 se dirigieron a la sección C-1 de la unidad habitacional para atender la emergencia. Al llegar fueron notificados por Sandra Susana «N», de 52 años, que el supuesto agresor sexual se encontraba retenido por un vecino que le brindó su apoyo afuera del departamento.
En su denuncia, la mujer señaló que alrededor de las 19:50 horas caminaba por los andadores de dicha unidad, cuando el individuo se le acercó para jalarla del mallón, mismo que logró romper, y realizar varios tocamientos; de inmediato comenzó a gritar para pedir ayuda a los vecinos, momento que el presunto responsable aprovechó para huir.
La Policía Municipal cumpliendo con los debidos protocolos, trasladó al probable inculpado ante el Ministerio Público quien determinará su situación jurídica.
