La Confederación de Cámaras Nacionales de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo (CONCANACO SERVYTUR) expresa su firme posición frente al anuncio del presidente Donald Trump sobre posibles aranceles del 30% a productos mexicanos.
Imponer aranceles a México sería, como ponerle aire acondicionado a una ventana rota: inútil, caro y contraproducente. Esta medida no resuelve los desafíos bilaterales; por el contrario, afecta cadenas productivas compartidas y pone en riesgo millones de empleos en ambos lados de la frontera.
Esta amenaza es un recordatorio urgente de que México debe apostar con mayor decisión por hacer más competitiva su fuerza interna. No sólo como reacción política, sino como estrategia nacional de fondo. Nuestra defensa no puede limitarse a resistir: debemos activar nuestro mercado interno como motor solidario de crecimiento.
