Convoca el Instituto Belisario Domínguez al Segundo Concurso Nacional de Ensayo sobre Federalismo
3 de junio de 2022El Instituto Belisario Domínguez (IBD) del Senado de la República emitió la convocatoria para participar en el Concurso Nacional de Ensayo sobre Federalismo, “Miguel Ramos Arispe”, segunda edición, de cara a la conmemoración de los 200 años de la firma del Acta Constitutiva de la Federación y con el objetivo de impulsar la investigación legislativa en materia del federalismo, la vigencia y los retos del pacto federal.
“Siendo el Senado el órgano garante del Pacto Federal y teniendo la encomienda, por parte del Pleno, de realizar estudios históricos en el marco del Bicentenario del Federalismo Mexicano, el Instituto Belisario Domínguez convoca al segundo Concurso Nacional de Ensayo sobre Federalismo “Miguel Ramos Arizpe”, señala el documento.
A través de este concurso el Senado pretende promover la realización de investigaciones, la generación de conocimientos y alentar la discusión pública en materia de Federalismo;
También analizar la vigencia del pacto federal, así como los retos del federalismo, el pacto fiscal y la relación entre los tres órdenes de gobierno; e impulsar la generación de conocimiento y la investigación científica en las entidades de la República.
Según la convocatoria del Instituto Belisario Domínguez que puede ser consultada en la página http://www.ibd.senado.gob.mx/ y los temas de investigación a desarrollar en los ensayos son:
La vigencia y los retos del pacto federal; la coordinación fiscal, administrativa y política entre la Federación, las entidades federativas y los municipios.
La democracia y el sistema federal mexicano; y Federalismo e igualdad sustantiva.
El órgano legislativo informó que para este certamen podrá participar todos los interesados a excepción del personal de la Cámara de Senadores de manera individual o en coautoría de dos o más ensayistas.
Los trabajos deberán ser enviados a la dirección electrónica concursoramosarizpe_ibd@senado.gob.mx, antes del 30 de septiembre del 2022.
El Instituto Belisario Domínguez publicará los resultados el 18 de noviembre del 2022 a través de su página electrónica y de sus redes sociales.
Los premios serán: para el primer lugar 100 mil pesos; el segundo 50 mil y el tercero se llevará 30 mil pesos.
